These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of custom sports apparel. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

  • Customization: Custom orders require detailed information from you. Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or other factors.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. This email is for your reference only and does not constitute a binding contract until the order is fulfilled.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added to the order as applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various secure payment methods as indicated on the Site. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
  • Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any information you transmit to us is accurate and secure.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within Canada. International shipping may be available upon request.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, order size, and shipping method selected.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Custom sports apparel orders are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Non-Custom Orders: For non-custom items, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns and exchanges for non-custom items will be handled according to our Return Policy.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with order details and supporting documentation (e.g., photographs) so we can address the issue.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Sportify Custom Apparel or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content on the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.
  • User Content: Any designs, images, or content you provide for customization remain your property. However, by submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

User Conduct

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
